Twin Knobs Campground offers a beautiful, wooded setting with spacious, clean campsites and friendly staff. Many visitors appreciate the easy access to the lake, well-maintained facilities, and the peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot for family activities like fishing and swimming. Twin Knobs is my favorite place to camp! Love the privacy of the spots and the bathhouses are best I’ve been to. I like loops A and H the best.

The campground sites are spacious with privacy between neighbors. Bath houses are clean and maintained. The only downside was the cleanliness of the beach. There are lots of weeds and debris from the lake on the beach.

Wow, this place is really going downhill fast. Our group had 3 sites in D loop. Trails down to the lake were completely overgrown where you had to duck under branches. Shower had no water pressure, literally just a trickle came out. Toilets and sinks also had no water pressure. Bathrooms dirty and not as clean as they used to keep them. Guard station up front is very slow checking people in. Had 2 wait in long lines for 20+ minutes to get in when we already had reservation.
It isnt cheap to stay here, for the price I'm really disappointed.

The facilities were very nice, but we rented a pavilion and the door was locked for the bathrooms so that was kind of a hassle. Other than that, everything was really good.

Best campground for tent camping . The sites are spacious and fairly private as camping goes.
