Baileys Point offers beautiful lake views and clean facilities, with many campers praising the friendly atmosphere and attentive hosts. While some areas, particularly the grass and bathrooms, need better maintenance, many still find the campground to be a favorite for its peacefulness and scenic beauty. Despite some concerns about upkeep and overcrowding, the overall experience remains positive for returning visitors.

Campground was amazing as ever, super easy to get checked in and the new store management is super nice and willing to stay open longer! Don't forget to eat at Harper's Catfish!

overall, we enjoyed our stay at baileys point campground. campground is well maintained, clean restrooms, etc.
however, we feel the management needs to review the checkout time in relation to check in time. we arrived at campground around 3: 00, and people in our reserved site, did not leave until right at 4:30. This has happened several time this summer, and while I realize the check in time is 5:00, it is frustrating to sit and wait for people to check out. Hotels and motels have check out time at 11: 00, and check in at 3:00. Since we did not see the camp hosts doing anything to tidy up the camp sites, it would seem more appropriate for campground to change check out time to allow the campers coming in to set up their site while daylight is still
available. We had to set up quickly, cook dinner, and then go straight to bed the first night. I wonder if any other campers feel as we do about this. Thank you.

Beautiful campground with awesome view of the lake. Most campsites appeared to be level. We stayed in B20 which was mostly shaded. Make certain to bring plenty of water hose if you are in an rv, as your connection could be 50 ft. away. Overall no complaints and will definitely be going back to enjoy this campground.
