Baileys Point offers beautiful lake views and clean facilities, with many campers praising the friendly atmosphere and attentive hosts. While some areas, particularly the grass and bathrooms, need better maintenance, many still find the campground to be a favorite for its peacefulness and scenic beauty. Despite some concerns about upkeep and overcrowding, the overall experience remains positive for returning visitors.

Let me say that the Corp of Engineers Campgrounds are my favorite place to stay. They are always clean and beautiful. My only problem now is the number of GOLF CARTS RUNNING THE STREETS. We love to walk and we are old and getting off the road for golf carts running wild is not only dangerous because of falls but aggravating!!!!!! Most of the people on the golf carts need to walk worse than me and I am old. Kids are hanging out the back and sides which could be dangerous for them. I think this is the worse thing the corp could have done to their campgrounds. Plus you not only have to watch golf carts but now motorized bicycles. I am not the only one that has this opinion but other people I talked to feel the same. Please don't ruin camping by letting this go on. Love the Corp

Enjoyed a weekday stay and it was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Met some nice people who were camping close to us. Good trip.

We love Bailey's Point! This is the 6th consecutive year we have camped there ( excluding Covid! ) The campsites are nice and we especially love being able to tie up our watercrafts , and not having to take them in and out every day! We plan to return next year!!
