Baileys Point offers beautiful lake views and clean facilities, with many campers praising the friendly atmosphere and attentive hosts. While some areas, particularly the grass and bathrooms, need better maintenance, many still find the campground to be a favorite for its peacefulness and scenic beauty. Despite some concerns about upkeep and overcrowding, the overall experience remains positive for returning visitors.

Stayed in spot A5 which is the ADA campsite very close to restrooms. This spot is level and paved. There is shade much of day and more so in the PM. This site is not on the water. Internet on T Mobile and Verizon was weak. No OTA TV and the little store and washer and dryer were locked up and never opened. It is a fairly long drive into this facility. A General Dollar store is about 7-8 mi away. Scottsville, about twice as far.

E19 was a pretty good site however not very level. We had to make adjustments. . It was right on the water which was perfect! This is a quiet, shaded campground so that’s nice. All in all, this is one of our favorites.

The sites were big and not to close together. The bathhouse was a bit of a walk in loop D. The big swarm was not lovely. It was especially yucky to see hundreds of bugs in the bathroom the next morning. They did put in a new shower head and my daughter said that was great. A long way off the road for a pass through stay. Better to stay at least a couple of days. Great for boaters.

This campground is a beautiful and well-maintained site. It is hidden in the countryside of beautiful farming and agricultural area. They have all the amenities; the lots are decent size surround by trees and a great view on the lake.

The campsite was beautiful! It was slightly unlevel but did not cause huge issues. The water was pretty accessible once you walked down a slight hill. We had a great time and will be back!!
