We stayed in A11. Next month we will stay in A12 hopefully enjoying more shade. Having the water directly below us is so nice .

Place was quiet and very clean. Double check your site to make sure you fit.

Dump station is always being serviced. There is only 2 stations for such a large camp ground and the one beside the dumpster is constantly out of service causing long lines and long wait times. The campground doesn’t keep the weeds cut down by water. Very hard to get to water because it’s up to your knees.

Bug Bites! Arrived on July 23rd and grass at campsite was at least 6 inch's high. I would guess it was at least a weeks' worth of growth. This led to a lot of chigger and mosquito bites on our legs. It wasn't until Friday the 31st (8 days) until the campsite grass was cut. Because of this we could not sit out at night and enjoy a campfire because fire rings proximity to the grass. Could not walk down to lake. It took away from what could have been a good experience. Last year it was filthy and unstocked bathrooms.

Been camping at Baileys for years. Campground condition is on the down trend with uncut grass, weeds and grass covering my site (A7) and filthy bathhouse

Site A23: a little tricky to back into. Good cell service with AT&T. Able to get reception with Dish Network. Power pedestal could use some maintenance as it leans looking like someone backed into it. “A” loop bathhouse is probably the best in the campground but needs updating and repair. Nice water view. A lot of weeds grown up around the shoreline and into the water - recent rains finally got the lake to summer pool level and the vegetation is now just under water along the shore.

If you don’t have a boat Bailey’s can be very relaxing also. Friendly volunteers and campers.

Good camp hosts. Very attentive and nice.
The only complaint was that the bathrooms were a hot box. Beautiful place to camp. Is section F going to be improved and opened again?
Many thanks,
Paul
