Had a great spot w/the beach in walking distance, and the cove for boats and kayaks right there. Wash houses in good condition and good walking distance. One of my facmvorite places to camp.

The sites are sloped so badly that a large RV cannot be placed on the site (E42), although I was allowed to reserve a spot that cannot accommodate our 36' RV. Area E needs totally re-worked. The RV campground is one that we will never visit again. We reserved 6 nights and stayed one night. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. We also had to move to another spot, after Bunny finally decided to look for another spot for us. She put us in a spot that was infested with mosquitoes and you could barely get out the door of the RV the site was so tight. E36. I called her from E42 and she said she had nothing. But face to face she found another place for us. E36 - the mosquito infested spot. We will not be back to Bailey's Point.

We love Baileys Point! So many great water sites/views and areas to walk. And the wifi (for us) is pretty good- FYI if it matters to you. Shade is also in abundance. Bathhouses are clean as well. We will keep coming back!

This is a great campground and the hosts are very good. The only two issues is that there needs to be more dump stations for the size of the campground and the "Primitive" section needs to be open all season and converted into some sites with water and electricity.
Getting a reservation is almost impossible due to the high demand for a campground that is on the water.

It would of been nice for the children playing outside if the sites had been mowed before we arrived. Knowing that it is a holiday weekend and lots of families will be there it would of been nice to have a mowed lawn.

There is an excess of golf carts now, they go faster than they should. There should be a time limit on what time they can be running up and down (making a lot of noise). I don’t think the park is as well taken care of as it was a few years back. I’ll probably find a different place to camp. I’m very disappointed. 💔
