Policies & Rules

General

  • Cameron RV Park Rules

Safety & rules

  • Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time.
  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times; the park is not responsible for their safety.
  • All trash must be bagged and tied; do not leave trash outside your RV unless it meets these criteria. Sites must be kept clean and orderly.
  • Fireworks and open firearms are not allowed on the property.
  • Clotheslines and electric space heaters are prohibited, as well as cheater boxes and pigtails.
  • Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, and illegal drugs are not tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.
  • Illegal drugs are prohibited and violations will lead to eviction without refund.
  • No camping or sleeping outside in cars is allowed.
  • Rules are designed for the health and safety of all guests.
  • Management may evict or refuse service for rule violations without refund and can change rules as needed.

Vehicles & parking

  • The speed limit in the park is 7.5 mph.
  • Each RV space allows for two vehicles parked in front of the RV.
  • Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not allowed, and major repairs should not be performed in rental spaces.

Utilities

  • A positive sewer seal is required at both ends of the sewer hose for sewer connections.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed but must follow specific conditions.
  • Pets must be leashed or crated outside; licensed cats may be outside without a leash if not a nuisance.
  • Pets must stay on your RV site and cannot be on other guests' sites.
  • Guests must clean up after their pets; a $25 fee applies for failures.
  • Pets must not disturb others; persistent issues may require removal from the park within 24 hours.
  • Pets cannot be tied or chained to trees or structures in the park.
  • Pets that injure others must be removed from the park immediately.
  • Aggressive pets must be removed from the park upon request without compensation.
  • Β· You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the RV Park Property Owner, Elmdale RV Park, the Park, and their principals, members, shareholders, partners, directors, managers and employees from and against and any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your pet residing or being located at the RV Park, including, without limitation, the claims of any third parties related to death, bodily injury or damage to persons or property caused by your pet.
  • Elmdale RV Park may restrict certain pets, including aggressive dog breeds.
  • Service dogs are allowed with proper documentation.
  • Non-compliance with pet rules is considered a default of the agreement.

Site capacity

  • Each rental space is limited to one RV and one vehicle.

Local regulations

  • Mail cannot be delivered to the park; guests should use a post office box.

Fires & fuel

  • Campfires are only allowed in portable, covered fire pits and not on grass; ashes must not be disposed of in trash receptacles.

  • No outside storage units may be constructed or placed on the premises.
