The campsites are large & well spaced. Sites & restrooms were clean. The problem is the fire pits have a very tall metal ring & at many sites the grate to raise the logs is broken or missing. That makes it impossible to build a cooking fire close enough to the grill.

We stayed here at a previous trip and really liked it, so we stopped by again. First time was in site 16 and this time in site 15. Both sites are super long and level. Very peaceful campground with nice view of the lake. The host is great and has been there a long time....very friendly. If you want peace and quiet, try this campground out.

We love this place. The lake is lovely, the campsites are clean and well maintained and the hiking trails are terrific.
Kudos to the staff on how clean the restrooms and showers were. They’re not pretty, but they are clean and functional.

Great sites. Very clean. Friendly staff. Only problem was that there were cars driving through campground in the middle of the night 3 am. Stopping at every campsite looking at what you have. Corps campgrounds lock their gates so this doesn't happen. I put my stuff away every night.
