Safety & rules

  • This park is designed for workmen and families, and the rules ensure the safety and comfort of all tenants.
  • Tenants must use their lots in a way that does not harm the health, safety, or morale of others.
  • Tenants should ensure their use of the lot does not disturb others.
  • Respect neighbors by keeping noise down, avoiding foul language, and not allowing drugs or fighting. Guests should be minimal and follow park rules.
  • Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM daily.
  • Keep your site clean and use the dumpster for garbage; do not leave trash outside or under your RV.
  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly; do not throw them on the ground.
  • Parents must supervise their children and drive slowly in areas where children are present.
  • Please adhere to the rules and contact management for clarifications if needed.
  • Failure to follow the rules may result in eviction from the park.
  • The speed limit in the park is 5 mph; speeding is prohibited.
  • Management may change park rules at any time.

Pets

  • Keep pets on a leash and do not leave them unattended. Clean up after pets and use the designated area for walking them.

Site types & loops

  • Clothes lines are prohibited; laundry facilities are available for tenant use only.

Vehicles & parking

  • Park on limestone surfaces only; consult the manager for additional parking.

Fees & deposits

  • Guests must pay fees on time; late payments incur a $5 daily fee and may lead to eviction after ten days.
