Very helpful in solving problems with my A/C. They did everything that needed to be done to check on warranty, found the problem to be a simple fix and got it working the same day. A+

Drop my 2012 Stoneridge off for seal replacement, they found water damage in a slide out that I didn't know of. As I was in a need for it quickly, I was told they could have it out in 3 days. We'll this is my third trailer, been using them for work nearly 30 years I've never had a service center come thru on a claim like that. We'll this guy did ! Very satisfied with the work they did and prompt.

We brought our 2020 Grand Design Momentum in spring 2024 for a roof replacement. We’re so very disappointed that we had our controlled substance medication stolen! We spoke to Mr. Clay, and he admitted that he found out which technician it was and he was fired. Mr Clay said that he was going to help us because there was a few things on our rig that we’re broken after our service. The ceiling vent in my kitchen does not work, they put our air conditioners back together backwards. I do not recommend this company as they did not handle taking care of all the after effects that happened to our rig and medication. I should have filed a police report. Very disappointed.

We had a breakdown with our pull type camper May 10, 24 and was on interstate 20 west of Vicksburg Ms. After trying for 3 hours to fix it and get some help no luck. But Mike Clay from Clay’s RV in Monroe La got my number and called and said he could come rescue our camper. We left it setting on 20 and he and his help took care of it. Towed it to Monroe. Had it fixed in just a few days. So happy with there help and work. Highly recommend them and there so nice.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Please do not waste your hard earned money here. I NEVER write reviews but it is a shame that these people are still in business. We try to give family owned, local businesses the benefit of the doubt, however they give the local man a bad rep. They were going to do minor repairs on our camper which were only half completed. The part of the job that was completed was the absolute worst job ever. We were lied to about the price and repairs. We weren’t given the option to even review their work until my husband insisted. The owner wouldn’t even come and speak to us when it was all said and done. We should have done more research before leaving our camper here! Please learn from our mistake and find someone else!
