Acadia Yurts & Wellness Center

Our stay at Acadia Yurts in Southwest Harbor was excellent. The yurt was clean, stylish, and well thought out, with every necessity provided and plenty of extra touches that made it especially comfortable. It served as the perfect base for exploring Acadia National Park while also offering a peaceful place to relax.

We appreciated the quiet location, the welcoming atmosphere, and the unique experience. Highly recommend Acadia Yurts for anyone looking for a memorable, eco-friendly stay near Acadia.

We stayed in the yurt with the second loft bedroom. It was amazing! Clean, convenient, well stocked and very comfortable. We would highly recommended Acadia Yurts. If we ever make it back to this beautiful part of the USA we will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Acadia Yurts was incredible! We enjoyed every thoughtful touch from the clean and well-appointed kitchen and bathroom (the hot water and adjustable shower pressure were amazing), comfy beds/linens, peaceful location, “extras” like spices and games available in the laundry hut, and chatting with Karen and Aaron throughout the week! We couldn’t have asked for a better week and strongly recommend a stay here!

We've stayed at Acadia three times and are looking forward to our fourth this summer. Our family of four (11yo & 7yo) fit comfortably in the smaller yurts. It has all the amenities we need. We buy our own lobsters and cook them in the yurt. We love the location. Close enough to zip over to Bar Harbor, but secluded to give you peace and quiet. Several trail heads are nearby. Most importantly for our kids is the proximity to Echo Lake for swimming. Lastly, I always do a float at the Wellness Center before we hit the road back to NY. Very relaxing.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in beautiful Acadia at Acadia Yurts and Spa. Our yurt was perfectly outfitted from the kitchen to the beds to the bathroom. The yurts provide the essence of camping with all the comforts of home. The hosts and staff at Acadia Yurts and Spa were wonderful and worked hard to make sure our stay was fabulous.

Acadia Yurts is perfectly located for day trips throughout glorious Acadia National Park. I highly recommend Acadia Yurts for your stay!
