I would actually give them a negative review! It is dirty, disgusting. Bowel movements in the showers in the bath house, Marijuana smell near the office, glass on the beach, cigarette butts all over kind of dirty. Management was horrible. The office manager Joe, was useless. He was also rude and did not seem to know what he was doing at all. Events were canceled, the pool closed half the time we were there and when my family wanted to end our weekend, all 12 of us walked to the store to get ice cream and they closed 2 hours early as the manager sat on his porch and watched everyone walk away. Such a horrible run establishment. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!

We have been coming to Duck Neck for 4 years now as our last camping trip of the year. We have enjoyed each time we have been there visiting and meeting some of the locals who treat us like family. We look forward to returning again next year and in the future.

Yes... more than half of this campground appears to be permanent residents with roofed-over campers and an unsettling amount of yard ornamentation... but the section for transient (nightly or weekly campers) is quite nice.

The location near Chestertown is great. I stayed in a site by the river... it was not super level, but it was fine. The view was great and all the hookups functioned well. Communication from the campground was EXCELLENT and the brief interaction I had with employees was smooth and easy. Sites are a little tight, but I don't really care. Didn't try the wifi, didn't go into the store.

Clearly some investment is being made here. Most of the transient sites have cement rings around their fire pits. Things seem to be coming along. Would go back.

Awesome spot right in the Chester River..We had a week off and were supposed to go to the Outer Banks , but weather was too crazy, So we decided to book a campsite near my old home(s) in Kent County,.Betterton and Galena. This is an RV park where there are a plethora of seasonal Perma sites. But there are many transient sites..we were right on the river, Super beautiful sunsets every night. Very close to Chestertown, and amazing dining. My husband and I had an amazing time at Duck Neck. Staff, and everyone we met were super friendly, and helpful as well. Would definitely come back
