Greenbelt Campground serves as an excellent base for exploring Washington, DC, offering a safe and peaceful environment. While bathroom facilities could use some updates and maintenance, the campground overall is well-maintained, with friendly staff and a beautiful natural setting. Great location for touring DC. Close to the Greenbelt metro for a easy ride to the mall.
Employees and hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Only reason for a 4 star rating was the noise from commercial generators. Perhaps designate a no generator zone, such a take away from a camping experience and connecting with nature.

Greenbelt park Campground was great. It was an oasis in the city. But recreation.gov did not honor my senior pass for federal parks.

C’est un très bel endroit avec un choix varié de site. La proximité du métro était un gros avantage.
