This park is always clean, well-kept, and a ranger is usually around to keep an eye on things. This is why I chose this park. The pavilions and tables are clean, in great condition, and well-kept, too. I would rent again!

It is a great place to gather and celebrate for all ages. This was the first time that the grass was very tall and we were concerned for the little ones getting ticks. It is very easy to setup and take down after. We had a great time and will continue to use this area as our go to for celebrations.

This is an excellent location for hosting a community picnic and sports day. The shelter and ball field were perfect for our summer picnic, which included a friendly cricket tournament. The rangers and office staff were fantastic—they addressed all our questions and concerns both before and on the day of the event. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful!

I always enjoy any event I have attended at Westville.
This was my 1st time hosting here, and Brian, the park associate, was so helpful and welcoming.
I will definitely rent here again.

Westville Lake can be accessed from Wallace Road in Sturbridge, which is located directly off of Main St. The Dam and Recreation area can also be accessed from West St in Southbridge by taking a right onto South St.

Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- Check-in time is at 8:00 A.M.
- Check-out time is a half hour before the park closes, which varies by date.
- Contact the main office for more information at (978)318-8848.
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.

- Kiddie pools are not allowed.
Safety & rules
- Alcohol is permitted, but kegs are prohibited.
- Portable generators are prohibited.
- Special requests are subject to approval by the project manager.
- All trash must be taken out; no trash receptacles are provided.
- COVID-19 safety protocols, including social distancing and mask-wearing, are in effect.
Site types & loops
- Inflatable structures and similar amusements are not allowed.
- No staples or nails in park structures; balloons can only be tied to picnic shelter.
- Drones and remote-controlled flying devices are prohibited.

- Pets are allowed but must be leashed with a 6-foot leash.
Fires & fuel
- Firewood must be sourced locally and burned on-site to prevent pests.
