Woodland Park Campground

They are very busy everyone wants to be there its right on the water and everything else isn't to far away...now if you have mobility issues you probably won't make it to waters edge but there is benches and beautiful scenery a small playground for the little kids paths for riding bikes for the older ones free hot showers and onsite laundry room(not free) for those roughing it...you will get a good night sleep because it gets really quiet around 9-930 great for family's not so great for the wild party crowd...call plenty of time in advance when planning your trip.

This campground is just amazing! Absolutely beautiful beach with a few cool driftwood features. The campsites are very spacious for the most part. Some are huge and a few are normal size. Lots of trees and shade for sunny days depending on your site. Bathrooms and showers are very nice and well maintained. Park staff is very friendly and always have great tips for exploring the area.

What nice people! So helpful when they were all booked for the night. Gave us a couple camp sites with phone numbers. We are staying there tonight!

So far only have been here a day but we love it here. Mike at front office supper nice and could take with him all day. Thanks Mike for being so friendly and kind. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Nice beach. Looking forward to exploring the area with lots to do it looks like.

We were next to the main bathroom/shower building, which i do have to say are clean and really nice. But why on earth does cleaning have to be 830-930am every day. It was SAD watching people walk over in droves and trying the locked door. You know they just woke up and have to use the bathroom badly. There's got to be a way to choose a different time to clean the bathrooms.
