Christian based campground with strongly enforced no alcohol/no smoking policy. Great couple managing it. I love visiting this place.
If you get a chance, go up the hill to the cross and "leave your burdens on the mountain."

Winding Creek is a wonderful, quiet, family friendly campground just a short drive from Hastings, MI. They host several affordable cabins and campsites that are ideal for a quick trip or a long weekend. The staff and seasonal residents are gracious, warm and very welcoming and the pool is AMAZING!!

A great camp to go to when you want to not quite be in the wilderness. They also have fun activities during certain days of the year. I was in a couple of their pinewood derby car races.

Safe, quiet, friendly and family oriented. LARGE well kept pool and property. Very reasonably priced to enable all families to enjoy one another and make memories. A strict no drugs and/or alcohol helps make all this possible. Vicki, great gal and head of office states the camp has been there 120 years! I"ve lived in Barry co. most of my life and just discovered this gem! My kids are grown adults but if I knew about Winding Creek I would have cancelled all the Great Wolf Lodge and Jelly Stone Park visits in a heartbeat! By the way, Not Just Tents. Cabins of all sizes to fit your needs!! Of course RV, pop up and tent spaces may be available. Closing oct 9 for the season. 🏚️❤️
