Bathrooms and showers were spotless, and the water was hot. Sites were clean and large. The staff was very welcoming. Overall an A+++++ experience.

We loved this campground and hope to return some day. The sites were paved, level and amply long for our
32 ft travel trailer and tow vehicle. The sites are electric only, but SO nice! The campground was easy to navigate and the sites were well spaced.
This was an excellent base camp for activities. We enjoyed: Sleeping Bear Dunes, the Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive, Glen Haven Historical Village, the Sleeping Bear Point Life Saving Station, the Betsie Point Lighthouse, the Port Oneida rural Historic District. We are bike riders to we absolutely loved the Bestsie Valley Rail Trail and the Sleeping Bear Dunes Heritage Trail.
There is good eating in Glen Arbor. We enjoyed both the Good Harbor Grill and Art's Tavern.

We love this park, it is one of our favorites! However, we have a camper and most of the sites are set up so the fire pit and picnic table are completely behind or at the back end of the camper.

I had a wonderful time and truly a great campsite. Could not give it 4 stars unfortunately due to other campers. Family next to me was cutting down standing trees and stripping them to use as firewood. Told the rangers since this is VERY illegal. A policeman showed up, asked them if they had been doing it, and when they said "no" he just left. No other questions or investigation. Very sad that a few people are destroying the nature for everyone who enjoys the park.
