First time staying at Platte River. Spacious sites. Clean bathroom/clean showers. A bit of a walk to the beach but an easy drive to other Lake Michigan beaches and sites. Overall, a great stay!

Love this whole campground! The rangers do a great job with information, cleanliness and size! Go and see Sleeping Bear Dunes and Lake Michigan, and utilize the Riverside Canoe Store just up the street from the campground. Thank you for a great experience again.

Unfortunately our stay was cut short because something happened to our camper. The ranger was very nice and sincerely felt bad for us.
Nothing but good things to say about this campground.

Mosquitoes are still a problem. Staff is STILL GREAT!!! Campsites are nice size and well tended, as are the wash houses.

Beautiful campground! Large wooded spaces with a lot of privacy in between each one. Showers and restroom facilities were clean and really nice. The campground was quiet and everyone observed the rules, making a pleasant experience for all.
