One of the best campgrounds in the USA. Excellent and always courteous and helpful staff in the campground and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

Nice wide sites on asphalt pads for trailers. Always clean restrooms and shower areas and dry wood is available. We stayed for a week just as schools were letting out but there were very few children until the weekend so it was very quiet. Great location with plenty of outdoor activities nearby.

The best campground we have been to in Michigan. The rangers are very kind, helpful and full of information. Campsites are not too close and campers are friendly and respectful?

Park is beautiful and sites are quiet and spacious. Mosquitos made it not fun. Worst I’ve ever experienced. Campers were leaving early. Thought they were crazy but fully understand now. We had to apply and reapply Deepwoods Off quite a few times just to go outdoors at the park. Even with a campfire. Didn’t seem to be nearly as bad outside the park. They need to spray.
