This is a great remote area campground. Especially if you don't mind "unplugging" from the rat race for a while..

I DO NOT recommend this campground. The sites are VERY small and the campground seemed to be forgotten about-very dingy! We didn’t stay but found a wonderful spot at Bobcat Lake. Remote and the sites were beautiful.

Awesome campground. Beautiful forest. Liked how some sites were first come first serve. We tent camped there for three nights. The only bad thing that happened was our neighbor in the site next to us had an incredibly loud
RV generator, abnormally loud...made it hard to relax when a jackhammer was running for like 5 hours. We moved the next day to a glorious first come first serve site and enjoyed it immensely!

Although we loved our campsite (18) the campground road really needs re-paving and the lack of water at the entire complex is really unheard of in our National Forest CG experience. Time for reinvestment in this beautiful park.

Black River Harbor Campground is such a pleasant campground. It's so close to beautiful waterfalls to hike to. Hiking to the lake is a nice change. Guys loved to skip rocks. We would recommend this for people who like the quiet, peaceful campgrounds.
