Charley's RV Resort Campground

Unfortunately, weather played a role in our stay. Severe thunderstorms then heavy smoke from wildfires. We really can't rate anything because it wasn't a great stay and it wasn't the fault of Charleys resort. Spent quite a bit of time in our camper, but very quiet here and not far from stores and gas stations, I would come again :).

We had an absolutely lovely time at Charley’s. We were here for nine nights. The campground was quiet and well kept. We enjoyed the area very much. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great place to stay!! Central location to Upper Peninsula. Everything is new and so clean! The owners are very accommodating! There are cabins as well as lots of RV spaces. Little town of Gwinn is just up the road. Stop in at Daisy Jo’s Ice Cream parlor and Diner in Gwinn for some great food and ice cream!

Absolute great stay. We stayed for a little under a month, and the cleaniness is just amazing. They keep everything absolutely spotless, they keep the whole grounds maintained, and the location is perfect for exploring UP. If we are ever in the area we would without a doubt stay here again. Highly recommend to other travelers and campers.

We rented a cabin for our family while moving our daughter to NMU this weekend. The cabins are awesome! Extremely clean, and comfortable. It provided our family with a nice base camp to return to after an exhausting day of driving and moving. The staff is responsive and friendly. We left something behind and the resort quickly contacted us and offered to mail it to us! The customer service they provide is above and beyond!
