The sites are large and easy to get into. The beach area was wonderful. We didn't expect a U.P. lake to be so warm YAY! Centrally located to Munising and Rapid City which allowed for a few day trips.

This park has great potential given the property location and the site plan.
All handicap accessible trails all along the lake frontage and a beautiful fishing or view dock that stretches out into the water.
Some sties do have electric which is rare.
Two boat ramps so bring your fishing boat or kayak.

Beautiful extremely spacious sites. Even the vault restrooms were clean and smelled good. The camp host was great, very friendly. Our only complaint was that we didn’t book a longer stay. It would be nice if there was a dump station, but the camp host told us about one near by. Definitely our favorite place yet and we’ll be back.

Camp host was amazing! He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. He gave helpful tips pertinent to the area - what to see/do and helped with directions. He made sure other campers were abiding by rules and not being loud or ruining anyone else’s experience. The campground itself was nice and quaint. Sites were very wide/large - felt private. The lake it sits on is beautiful - clear water! Docks and beach area well-maintained. Beach was fun for my daughter to swim at and play in the sand. There is a nice, quiet hiking trail (VanWinkle) that was well marked and well maintained. We took a week’s trip all the way around Lake Michigan and Camp Seven Lake was hands down our favorite campground! We loved how quiet, remote, and serene it was. We loved the small community feel. And we loved the host. We would definitely come back!
