This place was awesome. They have new owners who have been kicking butt for the couple months they've owned the place . We took our golf cart and fishing poles and even though it rained most of memorial day weekend this year we still had a blast . The groundskeepers that work there are awesome! Thanks for a great weekend! It's our first time coming here and we will definitely come back ! I talked with who I believe was the owner at the big red barn and im excited to see what they have planned for the place!

The New owners have driven out all their customers they have become non kid friendly and they will charge you extra to have kids they have become more like a dreaded place to come to. Not only our the owners not friendly the majorly hiked the price there are no more accommodations they are not existing now . They have placed extra charges for everything. It has become uncomfortable place to stay for everyone They will not have returning customers. Stay at your own risk. Non-family friendly non pet friendly non long-term friendly. Prices are extremely high. Management is extremely rude and extremely money driven. Is now become highway robbery prices. With hidden fees that they will spring on you. Think gestapo level. It's no longer safe to stay there. They are the prey and you will become their victim.

I just stayed at this campground over memorial day weekend for the first time. It was very nice, the shower room was nice and clean, and the store was not what I expected it to be. It was awesome set up for a camp store. Many different options to choose from. Upon arrival the ladies in the office were very friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful campground. Very, very peaceful. Everyone that worked there was very kind & helpful. I loved my 2 weeks there. My only reason for 4 stars isn't even their fault really. The place is situated around wetlands, and even though the campground itself was beautiful. The mosquitos were horrible. I don't mean just a normal bad, they would swarm you the minute you stepped outside. I sprayed myself, had several tiki torches, and other types of mosquito repellent, and still would have clouds of them everywhere. In the campgrounds defense, it had been very rainy and the area is wetlands, and it's nature. So I get it. Great place with big trees and 2 little ponds, 1 for fishing the other for swimming, even clean shoers/bathrooms, with very nice laundry room. I would stay again, but at a dryer time of year, and be more prepared for the little blood suckers. 😂
