What Guests Are Saying

Little Bass Lake Campsites offers a beautiful, secluded environment with easy access to the lake and a lovely walking trail. While the campsites are close together and mosquitoes can be an issue, bug spray and fire help mitigate the problem. The campground features clean facilities, ample firewood, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot for a private getaway.

The sunsets were nice and it was quiet for the most part except when occasionally ATVs and random people drove through. Number 5 was not level and it was like a river bed when it rained. The map is not accurate as to the actual site layout. Site 4 and 5 are next to each other without any privacy at all. There isn't any cell service, water or garbage removal. The bathroom hasn't been serviced in months. The stairs to the water were difficult to maneuver. In our opinion site 3 is the best one.

Very nice camping spot! Love that you can walk to the water from your site. Very quiet and well maintained. Vaulted toilet needed to be cleaned out it was very full but other than that it was a amazing time and we can't wait till next summer!

Very quiet camping. 3 sites are Lakeview, 2, including this one, are not. It is close to site 3, so not super private. Site 1 is private but no view. Sites 4 and 5 are close to each other but have the best lake view. This one is site 2.
Fellow campers were quiet and respectful. We brought Firewood with us but found some at the site also. Fire ring and lamp pole and table. Other sites had a grill that swung over the fire but it was missing at site 2. So bring your own.

Nice campsite, relatively close to Munising which was a bonus for the 4th of july. we were able to swim in the lake as well. we stayed at campsite #2 which was fairly close to #3 but not too bad. but further from # 1 and 4/5. There is also a pit toilet and picnic table that was nice.
