Directions were great. The stove is amazing. Once we got a handle on the damper system we were able to keep it comfortable without having to open windows! People who had been there before left it nice and clean. We visited the Pictured Rocks Lakeshore. The falls are amazing this time of year, with lots of cool ice formations. We will be back.

This well maintained cabin is always a treat to visit. It stays nice and warm with the wood stove and there is a good supply of dried wood. Be sure to bring lighting, cooking gear, and sleeping bags. The bunk room stays plenty warm throughout the night. Good water supply with the outside hand pump.

Great stay! Bring a small boat to try all the lakes in the area. Fishing on Tom’s was slow but had great luck everywhere else! Great family experience!

Always love our stay at Tom's. The wood is always well stocked and the outhouse clean. Always stay in winter and have never had issues with mice or other critters.

Tom's Lake Cabin is a great winter cabin-camping site. The wood stove works well for heating the cabin even on the coldest nights. Plenty of dried firewood stashed in the woodshed. Stove was missing the top damper control lever.
It's nice that users seem to really understand cleaning up the cabin at the end of their stay. Everyone appreciates that!

Very good access with only a short walk with our gear. Beautiful view of the lake. Nice trails nearby for hiking. Wood stove kept us warm during ten degree temps.
