Nice little campground! Enjoyed my stay! You can hear traffic from us-2 but it didn’t bother me anything still so very peaceful! Munising and all the waterfalls and pictured rocks are definitely a must see!

Great as usual! Sad to see all the erosion on the beach this year, but can’t be helped. Much difficulty for some to even get down to the beach, but what a workout! We enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets! The hosts were friendly, helpful and very good at keeping up with toilet cleaning and santitation which we appreciated.

Great campground on a beautiful section of Lake Michigan. The campground hosts were great as well. The only con is that some of the campsites are too close to the road, and the traffic on route 2 gets loud! Aside from that, everything was excellent.

The campground is pretty spread out and so gorgeous with the lake being right there over the dune. There isn't much beach front, but enough to plop down and watch the sunset. We used it more as a base camp and went exploring most of the day. The traffic from M-2 is noticeable, but I wouldn't go as far to say you can't talk over it in a normal voice. If you live in the city, it shouldn't be a problem, if you don't, you might find it annoying, but I thought it just blended in with the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. The camp hosts are so on top of it and they even sell firewood and ice! Cleanest vault bathrooms I have ever used. I will definitely put this on my list to visit again.

Nice hosts. Lake side was beautiful, bluff was steep. Traffic was loud, even at night. There was a large piece of concrete on the bluff near our site. Some jerks pushed it down on the beach. It will likely sit there forever messing up the view and endangering kids.

The campground director was very friendly and worked with our oversized group to make the necessary arrangements so that we were following all the rules. He even offered to let some of us spend the night on his site. Overall and amazing experience and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The campsites were clean and access to the beach was incredible. The host is very present, organized, and kind. We made a mistake with the reservation and she very patiently helped us sort it out. It’s right alongside a major rode so there is car noise all day and night. The beach made it worth the noise. So beautiful. We will definitely be back.

The beach area is just beautiful. We enjoyed the view of the bridge in the daytime and at night, when the bridge was lit up. Lake Huron was clean and cool and the dog loved playing fetch in the water.
The park is close enough to St. Ignace to walk, and you can catch a ferry to go to the island. The camp sites are closer together to each other than we usually like, but we would return because of the beauty of the lake. Michigan sure takes care of the mosquitos in their parks! We were not bothered at all by them!

Nice campground right on Lake Michigan - great camp hosts. Verizon data was pretty good. Only really negative is road noise from Rt 2.

Know that this place is VERY close to the highway. If you can't sleep with semi's running 50 yards away all night at 65 mph, this isn't your place! Additionally, the sites are quite close together. With that said, it's nice to be so close to the lake and a short drive from town.
