A very nice facility. Many of the sites need some fill to prevent accumulation of storm water. The electrical facilities are severely inadequate. Most if not all of the sites have only only 30 amp service. At times the 30 amp service is interrupded because of too much draw on the system. The sites need to have some trees removed on the road entrance to facilitate backing in the larger rvs. Nice to have the forrest buffers between sites.

No water available at Visitors Center unless you have a long hose. Visitor Center is closed.
Driving wayer is available at campground to fill water jugs.
Don't expect any assistant from the hosts as they were never at their campsite during any regular hours. We only saw them twice in 4 days.
Campsites are fairly level and most have 30 amp electric connections.
Dump station available at Winnie Dam campground.
No firewood available at campground and some local vendors charge outrageous prices.
Gosh Dam Place has great food and a store for necessities.

We love this campground! The hosts (Rick and Lacy) are awesome. The sites are private. It’s usually quiet at night. Only wish they’d put in a shower building!!

- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee.
