Fantastic campground, huge sites with water access on a large lake system. This was the perfect place to bring a canoe. Only downside was the RV in the adjacent site running their generator all night. We would camp here again.

Our campground host who was in the site next to us had a dog that barked at boats people and even in the trailer at 3:33 at night

My experience was excellent. The campground host was the best! I stayed at Mosomo Point the night of the tornado, and a tree fell on the unoccupied site next to mine... I was able to drive away from the forested campground and into the more open boat launch area during the worst of the storm. Minnesota is lovely and I will be back1

The campground hostess, Diana was very pleasant and friendly. She did a very good job of keeping the campground clean, especially the bathrooms.

The DNR or Park Service should remove the fallen tree to the left of the stairs from the river. This will allow the river current to clear the area along the shoreline and swimming area. If this isn't done soon, the entire area will be filled with bull rushes eliminating the boat docking and swimming areas.
Improve the well pump! It's difficult to pump and you don't get any water from the well.

Camp hosts were great! Camp sites near the lake are awesome! Bring your own firewood as they do not sell it at the campground. If you are up for a short drive, go check out the Lost Forty.
