This campground never disappoints! It was nice having water access at our campsite, however it was really dry which made tackling the steep hill a little more challenging, plus it's starting to erode a bit. The boat access is very close, has a nice dock, bathroom and lots of room to park. The hosts Thor and Cindy were very friendly and they kept the sites well maintained as well as the bathrooms, which are by far the cleanest I've seen!! Their wiener dog Lucius was super cute and my kids loved petting him!

Thor and Cindy, the camp ground hosts, were awesome to interact with. The site itself as well as the bathroom facilities and all of the common facility areas were exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Beyond being clean and welcoming, the sites at this campground are more spread out and have thicker vegetation so you aren't right on top of your neighbors. We used the boat launch and dock which were well maintained as well and made it easy to get on and off our boat right from the campground. There was enough room at our site (#17) to have three tents with 8 adults and 1 baby and enough space to feel very comfortable. This was our second time visiting Birch Lake Campground and it never disappoints!

The camp hosts were fabulous. Very helpful and attentive to ensuring we could have as good a stay as possible. Normally speaking the sites would have been good except when traveling with 5th wheel campers and boats things got pretty tight and lots of maneuvering was needed to get everything onto the site and yet be able to access the boat to take it to the launch site.

Was a really nice campground just be prepared to be awake by 5 or 6 am by people being noisy driving up and down the road. Would be nice if you could run a generator to drown out the noise from the people who are early risers.

Our site was amazing... it was private and had a trail right down to the lake. It was up a set of steps which wasn’t the most convenient for loading/unloading but it was gorgeous.
The lake was beautiful but I wish we would’ve known there was really no shore access for swimming or anything.
The campground hosts were by the far the friendliest/best hosts we have ever had. I recommend this place highly. It was a great experience! **remember your bug spray!!**

The other campers were so respectful as it was soooo quiet. The site was spacious and clean and plenty of restrooms. Tent sites are all raised so drainage is good. The toilets were the best ever and I have camped all over.
