Not one negative thing to say about this campground. It’s beautiful, offers comfortably private large, clean campsites, with large shade trees. Good internet, a great shower area with soft water add to the list. The boat launch is perfect with a large parking area and the best fish cleaning house I’ve ever seen—if only we had caught more. Boats access the lake through a picturesque winding mile long channel. Birds abound in the channel so have your camera ready. And Leech Lake is a treasure all by itself.

I mixed up my dates and arrived a day late. I didn't realize it until the next people arrived wanting their spot. I had to bug out with no notice. The park and new tenants were very understanding and patient. And they got a nights worth of fire wood for their wait.
