Safety & rules

  • Maintain a speed limit of 5 mph within the park.
  • Observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  • Trash must be disposed of in plastic bags and placed in the dumpster located at the rear of the park; do not leave trash out overnight.
  • Follow posted pool rules; children under 12 must be supervised; proper bathing attire required; swimming is at your own risk.
  • Firearms, fireworks, and clotheslines are prohibited in the park.

Cancellation policy

  • No refunds will be issued for early departures.

Noise

  • β€’ Mail/UPS/Fedex are delivered to the office and may be picked up during office hours.

Site capacity

  • Only one RV is allowed per site, with rates based on two people per unit; registration at the office is required.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed at no charge; they must be leashed at all times and cannot be left unattended outside the RV; clean up after pets immediately.

Utilities

  • Dumping of wastewater or grey water on the ground is prohibited.

Fees & deposits

  • Rates and policies may change without prior notice.

Vehicles & parking

  • Bikes are not permitted in the breezeway or on sidewalks near the bathhouse.
