Great site with excellent access to lake

There is two host one you barley see and when you do he is walking his dog and the other one does the best he can he only has one leg but is friendly and helpful. When we got there the grass was half way up my leg ,they finally came and cut it and before we left I cut my site myself. when we got ready to leave from site 6 sewer pump did not work properly.

This was our favorite campground last year. Love the lake and it’s low key not over populated. However this last visit the grass was very overgrown everywhere. Not sure why the grass is not getting cut but it makes the bugs and overall comfort level less.

Everything was fine. The lake was up 16to 18 fr but we still enjoyed your campsites. We will be back many times in the future!

Beautiful Campground! Our site, # 39 has a Great view of the water. The rain caused the Lake water to rise & limited our places for our Boat, but we had a Great Time!

the grounds need to be taken care of . cut the weed back

We stayed in a tent site. The map does not accurately show their location and there are no signs for directions. All tent sites are grouped together, almost in a U shape. Some sites require more walking from the parking lot than others and you aren't able to pull up to the site. The bathrooms are across the road. They are clean and well kept. The day use area is in a separate section of the campground. The beach was clean and not crowded, and the playground was very nice.

I was not too impressed by this campground. A couple things That stuck out to me were.
-the grass is 1/2 mowed. Our site for instance. Half of it was done and the other half wasnt.
-it’s very hilly. Not a lot of flat surface.
-playground has sand with grass growing in it. Not a fan of playgrounds with sand to begin with. (I personally love the playground at Wallace Creek. It has a bouncy bottom that’s awesome for kids.)
-Loud Vulgar rap music from other peoples vehicles ridding around the site. (You’re going to have that)
-Old Cemetery right in the middle of the campground. (Very creepy)

- Things I liked were that the view of Enid lake was beautiful and it’s a clean park. No litter.
-Friendly camp host.
-nice picnic tables and fire pits.

We had sites 31 and 32. Very private and close to the bath house which was very clean.
