Chickasaw Hill, as well as the other campgrounds around Enid Lake is a great place to camp. The sites are paved, level, and there are full hook-ups. We have found that if you visit during "off-season" or anytime other than a holiday, your stay will be peaceful and very enjoyable.

Wonderful campground, well kept, great size pads, nice picnic tables, and especially like the fact there is lighting at each campsite, beautiful views, and it has a beach. Will be going back soon.

Beautiful and mostly quiet. Our pull-through site #9 was great. The site was level enough that we only used jacks and plenty long for our 40' class A and tow vehicle. Beautiful views and really nice walk. There were some issues with traffic speeding because we were on the leg that has the swimming area, boat ramp and picnic area. Some of the trucks had loud pipes but we didn't hear any noise at night. There were a few dogs off leash but they stayed at their site and didn't offer to come at our dog. The dumpsters were down a different road and always seemed to be full and the birds kept it a mess but were far enough away that it didn't affect the campground looks or smell. We really liked our site and will go back if in the area again.
Getting to the campground was interesting, you have to drive a mile down an old narrow road with what looks like lake houses on each side. On one leg of the campground, there is an old cemetery.

Clean, quiet campground. The host's were very nice and friendly. Our site was spacious with FHU. It's a quick 20 minute drive up I-55 N. to Batesville for dining or shopping. We enjoyed our stay.
