This particular spot was loud due to the proximity to the bathroom and proximity to the next site. It was well lit which is normally a good thing but when you’re in a text camper, it was way too bright.

It is such a well maintained campground with beautiful views of the lake from so many of the sites. Even the sites under the pine trees were amazing! I would like to come back and spend more than one day there. The Corps parks are our go to parks for short and long trips.

We love this campground for the following reasons:
Clean, friendly camp host, and most of the time mowed camp sites.
The only thing is negative is they need a dog park for all the dogs that come with their families.

What a beautiful place! The campground was kept in great condition. Each site had level concrete pads. Our sites were large and accommodated our group just fine. The Bathrooms were cleaned 2x a day. At night it was very quiet. The highlight was watching a pair of bald eagles fish right in front of us! It was amazing to see them dive into the water. We will definitely return!!

For the first time ever a group across from our site partied most of the night and didn’t abide by the quiet playing music til 1 am. The campground is always awesome but our experience this trip wasn’t good.

Great campground. Large cement pads with cement patios. Solid picnic tables. Immaculate bathrooms. Beautiful lake. Loved it!
