Enjoyed our stay. This campground is kept up very well. I would say it’s one of the best along I-55 in Mississippi. The hosts are attentive and rangers patrol the park regularity. Full hookups, and the bath houses are in great shape.

We got there on Saturday afternoon ok but Sunday we were woken up with pit bull dogs on one side and other side German Shepard barked all the time
So we came back home on Monday left the balance of 36.00 to yiu all
I was going to ask for a refund but unfortunately I really forgot not sure if it's too late to ask for our refund but this was our second time coming down cause closer to home and the reason is we take our handicap grandson there cause closer to home if we hv to rush home
We absolutely love coming there
Thank you

We always enjoy our trips to Wallace Creek. It is our go to campground on Enid Lake. It's a bit off the beaten track, yet close to the highway access. Almost always peaceful save for extra busy weekends/holidays. It is always scenic, especially during the changes of seasons. The staff do a wonderful and thorough job of keeping the grounds clean and neat, and maintenance issues are promptly dealt with. We really love this place and recommend it to others often.

Wallace Creek has moved to the top of our list for RV campgrounds. We loved our site which had a great view of the lake. Although there aren't any hiking trails, we enjoyed daily walks through the large campground. We took a day trip to Tupelo, MS (about 90 miles) to see the Vietnam Veterans Replica Wall Memorial. We also traveled south about 55 miles to Clarksdale, MS, to eat at Abe's BBQ which is on the same corner as the "Crossroads" (if you're a music fan you know about the Crossroads). As many have complained about, the bright security lights at the bath houses and other places in the park at night are a little annoying. It would be nice if they were replaced with softer lights which would still provide lighting but not in an obnoxious way. Our site was next to the bathhouse so I made coverings for our windows out of sun shades. We put these in the windows at night and it made a big difference. I would highly recommend this park - good scenery, good distance between sites, level sites, clean and well maintained.

Wish there were personnel there. Don’t like online stuff. Too old
