We stayed only one night and it was rainy but we slept beautifully. It was the second night of the 2021 season so it was quiet. There are lots of piers to admire or fish from. There was so much we didn’t see but will go back for!

From Interstate 22 , take Highway 25 (exit 104). Then turn left at the first red light, then turn left onto Access Road at the next traffic
light. Go north 4 miles. Campground is on the left side of the road
within the Jamie L. Whitten Historical Center Park.
Whitten Park is accessible from Interstate 22 via Highway 25 (exit 104). The campground is approximately 4 miles north on Access Road from the exit.
