A beautiful campground with wooded sites and lots of shade. Perfect for a summer retreat. There is a wonderful long pier to walk out on and wooded gazebos on a few of the sites. The shower houses were very clean and the camp hosts were welcoming and helpful. Additionally there are great trails and a long paved bike and walking path out to the Lock and Dam.

We love staying at Whitten camp site. It's always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I wish, it had internet access. It's close to shopping and restaurant.
