Wonderful place to camp. We have looked at several other places but always come to north abutment. It doesn’t compare to other campgrounds. It’s not crowded and the sites aren’t close together. You have privacy. Clean and quiet. A great place to relax and enjoy your time spent here.

As always the concrete pads and hookups are great but we were almost run over multiple times by the flurry of ebikes who apparently don’t have to follow the rules like other motorized vehicles in the campground! Such as a speed limit!!

The site was very clean and well kept. The host checked on us and helped me with a problem I had with my fifth wheel. It was hot but we enjoyed our stay.

Site #27 was a great choice to be a bit secluded, very large lot with lots of trees to protect you against a pop thunderstorm that we did experience.
Came in after Labor Day weekend and there was only 5 other campers, felt alone at this site until other rvs started coming in for the weekend. You do have a view of the lake and access to plenty of firewood when needed.
Level pad that is very long, plenty of parking if needed. Large grass lots all around, great for our fur baby to sniff and stretch out her legs.
Full hookups and was able to pickup 8 stations over the antenna, very good cell coverage on Cspire.
Park host, Bob, is a real pleasure to have here, saw him several times daily as he has a great work ethic and takes pride in his ability to keep the sites clean and ready. He actually blew off my site completely after the storm knocked pine needles and cones from the trees that covered my site. You won’t find a better host.
The only time that we experienced direct sun was at midday, plenty of shade was so welcome to have on the 100 degree days we were having. Really helped our single AC keep up and never had any unbearable days.
One of my favorite parks to visit, this site is now one of my favorites when staying from now on.
