Beautiful park! Very well kept ! We stayed in north loop. Both host went above and beyond their call of duty helping us change our reservation to a more suitable site and even helping out with some dry kindling when we were having trouble getting the wet fire wood going!

From I-55, take the Grenada exit on highway 8 east through the
City of Grenada for approximately three miles then turn left on
Scenic Loop 333. Follow Scenic Loop 333 across the dam and
take the second road to the right at the North end of the Dam.
The campground is accessible from I-55 via Highway 8, approximately three miles east through the City of Grenada.

General
- During winter months the water level in the reservoir is dropped more than 20 feet, to provide a storage area for spring rains and prevent flooding
- Fishing license can be purchased on Highway 8, near the campground
- There is a required boat ramp fee
- Don't Move Firewood: Protect your forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. Visit Dontmovefirewood.org for further information.
