It's OK, kinda out there and you feel like you're closed in and surrounded by humidity. But they are full hook up sites. So if you need a stop over in West central Mississippi, this could work for you.

This is one of the best COE campgrounds yet. Beautiful grassy sites. There are tons of boat landings, picnic areas, and trails to hike. The camp host was always available and checked on us. The campgrounds are clean. There are plenty restrooms and bathhouses in the park. The sites have new picnic tables, concrete pads and gravel adding to the useable area of the sites. We had plenty of room to park our truck, car and boat. I did not see any sites we would pass up, all are great. The Grenada Lake Recreation area campsites and boat landings are tucked throughout the park (with restrooms) and interesting areas to check out. The ever presence of park rangers add security to parking at the landings and eager to give assistance and information. Impressive are the abundance of day use picnic areas. The city of Grenada is nearby with plenty of resources for anything needed and great restaurants. The downtown area is charming too. Although the park lacks laundry rooms there are plenty everywhere in town. The Chevron outside the Visitors areas has a great bait shop. Be sure to check out the 333 restaurant near the entrance too, classy but not overpriced. We added this 5+ star in our camping journal.
