Amazing campground with a great level of comfort, plenty of parking, close to various shops, services, and conveniences. The Property Manager Lulu is an absolute pleasure to work with. You can easily catch her making rounds through the campground, and actively improving the appearance of it. I have been to campgrounds where you would go months and never see the property manager at all outside of collecting payments. Lulu is great to speak to, and knows a good bit of information of the area for places to eat, for entertainment, or just points of interest. She could often be seen cleaning out their onsite cabins after guests left to ensure that everything was in good order for the next guest.
There is plenty of walking areas along the roadways at this campground, along with beautiful tree coverage, and a pond with fish, turtles, and ducks. They have on site laundry facilities, shower areas, and they offer some camping supplies for sale in the main office. They are working on expanding the camping area, yet even with that work going on, you'd hardly notice them working as they are so efficient, and quick at it. The camping spaces can be quite spacious in many areas. I stayed at a couple spots during the 2 months I was there, and the first spot was very close to level, while the other spot required no leveling at all! If you want tree coverage parking, they have that. If you want open sky parking, they have that too! They even offer in between parking options if that fits better. There are plenty of pull thru, or back in, spaces.
I regret having to leave here when I did because of how comfortable I felt while staying there, but my travels required me to move on. I would not hesitate one bit about coming back to this campground for a stay. There are many longer term guests staying here that are great to talk with as well.

Great park for quick stay. Easy to get in and out. Clean and well managed. We stay here often when visiting family for the weekends.

We stayed at this park which is right outside Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and had a mixed experience. Our spot in the back was beautiful, a pull-thru spot with full hookups and lovely trees. I would recommend short stays in the back part of the park. However, the front of the park wasn't very nice and felt crowded.
There is a laundry facility, but the dryer smoked with our clothes in it, which was concerning. We never spoke to anyone during our stay. There was a note at the front asking us to complete a registration card to check in, but no cards were available, and no one was at the office. To be safe, I wrote a note and dropped it in the drop box.
The park was mostly quiet and pretty in the back, but it was a bit pricey and didn't offer much in terms of amenities. Overall, it's a nice place for a quick stay.

Had a horrible experience when my son was staying here. There was a tornado that caused a tree to fall on his camper and destroyed it. Also his car was also severely damaged. He was alright and escaped with his life. The owner of this campground was not at all concerned and even kept the monthly rent that was paid just two days prior. Think twice before you stay here.

We have stayed here for a week so far. We will be here for awhile due to my husband's job. They are really doing some great updates to the park. Including paved roads. A lot of the camp spots have fire pits. I feel very safe here. There’s even a cop that drives thru the park at nights to make sure all is well. It’s very quiet. The owner has strict rules for the park to stay well managed. Very strict about speed limit thru park because there’s kids that ride their bikes. Manager has been very helpful and friendly to our family. A lot of reviews on here say she’s not nice but I think she just runs a tight shift to have a well managed clean park. She’s been nothing but nice and helpful to us. Appreciate how they are strict about campers not having trash laying around etc. we are pretty pleased so far. A lot of camp grounds we have stayed at before with our 5th wheel we have had problems with gnats and so far here we don’t have that problem
