We love camping at piney grove but the park host Greg and his wife are the absolute worst. We checked in and within 8 mins of us being checked in he called the park ranger and canceled our reservations making us have to repay again. They are always extremely rude and hateful toward the campers especially the children.

Piney Grove has many sites right on the water and is very quiet on the weekdays before school is out. Weekends are pretty busy but people are generally polite and the camp staff are quite helpful. No issues with power or water. Dump station is easy to navigate on the way out. They have a nice swimming area with a beach, and some playground equipment for kids.

Our favorite spot is 118, but 120 was really nice too. We met new people and saw old friends.
