We spent a week in site #15 and had a great time! Friendly greeting when we arrived! We found the showers and bathrooms could use upgrading soon. The location is perfect for biking in the area and accessing the beautiful shore beaches. Stores and the quaint downtown of Ocean Springs are also close by. We will definitely stay again if in the area!

The camper ground host was lovely, a few staff that we encountered were great. Unfortunately people were not abiding by the quiet times, and it was somewhat disruptive. I was in a tent, and was able to hear loud music I'm assuming from either Highway 90 or a home nearby. It was so loud to the point that I could not sleep. I'm sure if I had been in a camper, I would have felt differently. The grounds are quite beautiful, and if I were not in a tent I would be anxious to go back.

This is a very nice campground that is meticulously maintained. Both the ranger and the camp host take obvious pride in their jobs. There are a variety of sites, although none are pull-throughs. The sites are fairly close together and there are no trees in-between the sites. The campground is quiet, although we stayed there when school was in session- summer may be different. The picnic grounds provide a lot of open space for dog-walking and there are several nice trails. The Visitor Center is about a mile away and has good exhibits explaining the National Seashore. Rouse's grocery store is right outside the park and a laundromat is nearby. Using our Senior Pass made staying here a bargain- we will be back!

Lots of improvements in process in the park & the campground. Not sure how long it's been going on but it's headed in the right direction.

They were updating the utilities in the campground when we were there so this could be 5 stars once this is done. Lots of little biting gnats. The visitors center was very good and the rangers and volunteer were very informative.
