What Guests Are Saying
Cobb Ridge Campground is praised for its beautiful setting, spacious and clean sites, and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many campers. The variety of trails caters to different skill levels, offering enjoyable experiences for both hikers and ATV enthusiasts. While some facilities, particularly the shower house, could use improvements, overall, visitors appreciate the campground's cleanliness and management, with many expressing a desire to return.

This is our favorite place to ride motorcycles. The campground is nice and clean. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked. We have always felt welcome by the camp host.

Camp Hosts and Campground are great! Bathrooms were clean, camp sites are well maintained, and the camp hosts were responsive and helpful. I would easily give Cobb Ridge 5 stars instead of 3 stars if only the showers were repaired and updated. Only 2 of the 4 showers are even usable, and the condition of all 4 showers is not good at all. The showers need to be re-outfitted with new valves, shower heads, shelves/hooks, and seats. Showers - 0 stars.... Everything else 5 stars.

Cobb Ridge is an excellant campground with access to Chadwick riding area. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The most desirable features were the amount of space between campsites and the that the sites were paved and enourmous. No stepping out of your RV onto dirt, grass, or rock. This was especially nice with the amount of rain we had to endure.
The only negaitive feature was the lack of water at the sites. There were potable water spigots all through the park for tank filling but on site water would have been nice. We got in after dark and could not see well enough to fill up so, we had to wait till morning to fill tanks. But this was not significant enough to give less than five stars because their are so many positive features to this camprground. Hot and very clean showers, clean plentiful restrooms, extremely quiet considering its proximity to off road vehicle areas. We cant wait to camp here again. We visited both Branso and Springfield as both are close enough for day trips.

There is a man in town who sells fire wood. 15$ gets you alot of wood. Or 7$ if you only need alittle.

Very well maintained facilities. Most of the pull thru sites have two sites for one pull thru.

Could do a better job with cleaning camp sites of leaves and campfire ring cleaned from ashes, campfire rings need repaired and replaced. Not sure why there are so many trail closures as that's what the park is primarily used for.
