What Guests Are Saying

Cobb Ridge offers a beautiful setting with friendly and helpful camp hosts who keep the campground clean and well-maintained. The trails provide a range of challenges for outdoor enthusiasts, and the spacious sites are easy to navigate. However, some campers noted a lack of maintenance and the absence of a dump station, as well as concerns about noise from ATV and dirt bike activities.

We LOVED Cobb Ridge! We are tent campers and do not ride ATV’s or bikes but still enjoyed this campsite. Excellent amenities, clean sites that are public but still private. We were a little worried about noise from recreational vehicles but we were not bothered by this at all. Other campers were very mindful of noise. The host was very friendly and inviting. We will return!

My family and I stay one night at Cobb Ridge. The electric camp sights were easy to park and get set up, the picnic and fire pit area was great, and the trails were a blast! You cannot beat the price either!

This is the second stay when the volts at the pedestal was too low on the 50 amp outlet. It was 117 volts on each leg and caused my surge protector to shut off power constantly. This has happened on 2 different sites.

My stay was short (one night) but I have only good things to say. The grounds were very nice, and the facilities were very clean. It's close to ATV trails, scenic areas, and not far from Jeep-accessible forest roads. I was there on a Thursday night, so not a really busy time, but I found it to be very quiet at night.

The new camp hosts have the place better than it has ever been. They have set the standard that none of the other camp hosts c.ould even come close to. It will be sad to see them go.
