Great experience. Perfect weather for a campfire. Park Ranger was very rude when he asked our guests to leave at 9:00. He wouldn't even let us finish dinner.

We love camping here but….
This time the grass needed to be cut. One couldn’t walk in it, even at the campsite. Could be the weather has prevented it from getting cut, not sure.
Note: the last day we were here the mowers came in…

This is a great place. I will say this up front, we were there and it rained every night, with severe thunderstorms and then would rain some during the day. There is nothing they can do about that. It kept us from being able to swim and play in the water, but it would have been incredible. The campground has two coves, one on each side that make it perfect for fun in the water. We were on 71 and it was perfect for our 5th wheel. All windows see water. Yes, I wish they had sewer, but it was not a distraction. It is such a nice place and location, I would be willing to actually hook back up and dump and then unhook again. Its that nice. We will be back. The bathroom/shower houses were kept very clean. Most of the sites are very easy to back into. Heres the added benefit to this location is that you are not far from Branson and everything that Branson has to offer. That makes this a perfect location. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We enjoyed our stay and our site #69, although it is located in an unusual configuration close to other sites. The dump station would have worked better if it allowed hose connections for flushing the black tank. The views of Table Rock lake from most of the campsites were wonderful. Top of the Rock and Dogwood Canyon Nature Park are a must see and a short drive from this campground. We will be coming back to this campground again!
