Roaring River Hills Campground and Cabins

Wow! I can’t rave enough about this place! Matthew was super accommodating to our every need while Glamping for my daughters 28th Bday! We stayed in winter not knowing the weather would drop to lower teens and he moved us to another Cabin that had electric blanket and was warm and cozy! We didn’t expect them to accommodate us that was super thoughtful and kind of them to think of our Family’s well being! I will continue to rave to friends and family this is the place to hang out while at Roaring River! Their Cabins are up to date and super cozy!

Wonderful site just minutes from Roaring River S.P. The spacious rv lots (we have a 35' trailer and had room to spare) include a picnic table and firepit, full hookups. Beautiful pond with a swing bench that caught the sunsets perfectly, dog friendly, the showers/bathrooms clean and large; everything was well maintained and the staff was absolutely amazing, cannot say enough about them. The tents also looked really nice. Definitely recommend!

Super relaxing campground, great staff and well maintained grounds.
Staff:
Incredibly helpful. Charles, Matt and Meriah are great. Charles was helpful enough to give us some tips on lures to use at Roaring River, and was always ready to answer questions. Mariah and Matt were super nice, Matt even delivered our firewood to our campsite. Check-in was a breeze, and frankly our dogs like them so, that's good enough for us.
Grounds:
Open and quiet, with some woods. There is a super tranquil pond and I see deer most days when walking our dogs.
The campground store has coffee, and some snacks and they sell firewood. They also have some rv essentials in case you forgot something.
They have glamping tents that look fantastic, but we stayed in an rv. The parking spots are spacious and easy to back in to. They are nice and level, and wide enough for larger trailers like ours (35'). Full hookups that are well maintained.
Shower house is excellent. Large and comfortable.

Bottom line, we'll be back.

Dear staff at roaring river hills , campground and cabins...
When I asked my son what he wanted to do for his birthday and he said he wants to go camping, my Jaw dropped, it's winter, but we went online and looked anyway.And found your campground... Who knew camping in the winter Could be so fun?
The Glamping tents were so cozy.It was like we were camping in our living room. The tents had heaters, a fire pit where we made s'mores, and the beds were even heated. I didn't have to sleep on the ground.... My son and I fished at your pond and hiked around the trails.
When he said it was the best birthday ever.It made me grateful that we picked roaring river hills , campground and cabins.
We thank you for your amazing hospitality. The awesome, clean bathrooms and a great memory for us. We definitely will be back.

I am a single 60ish y.o. female who purchased a new camper and was staying at Roaring River Hills for the first time. With my stuggles being a new owner the staff of Roaring River stepped right in and helped me out!! Charles and Matty are very caring, and VERY helpful during my stay!! Connie made sure the facilities were always kept clean!! The grounds were always mowed and maintained!! This campground was always looking beautiful!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROARING RIVER HILLS!
