Really nice park. Very historic in that it used to be an actual town as well. Large and spacious sites.

What a hidden gem. Our first stay here. What a nice campground. Sites are spaced apart, perfectly level, very quiet and well kept up. Easy in and out, even with a 42ft rig We moved to 3 different sites, due to not being able to book just 1 for the nights we were staying and enjoyed them all.

Second time in Greenville again for a quick stop while traveling. Lots of History, great bike paths and plaques that describe the location history. Enjoyed it and we plan to come stay longer in the future.

We always enjoy staying at Greenville and this last stay was as usual, very nice. Two minor issues that I should mention, one, was the fact that the fire pit had not been emptied in quite some time. Ours on site 44 was over half full. And the second was the person on site 46, who I believe works in the park, would leave their lights on all night. If the lights weren't so many it would be no big deal, but there are lights around the entire fenced it area surrounding the campsite. That just seemed a little much in my opinion.

very nice and clean. We will be back. Camp sites are large and you have a good amount of space between other campers.

Flat sites with large concrete pads, the history is fascinating. We had a wonderful time!

Always love camping at Old Greenville. The terrain is mostly level, making it easy for young kids to ride their bikes, or older folks to take leisurely walks.

Existing day use shelter reservations may be cancelled by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers if the facility is closed due to flooding, elevated security threats, maintenance problems, etc. Reservations may also be cancelled when the reservation conflicts with large public special events that would negatively impact a private event at the shelter. For these reasons, customers should consider an alternate date or location in the event a closure is necessary. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. |
