Park host was very rude when we arrived. Not much shade at our site. Only one shower at the bathhouse. We won't be back.

Site 8 not on the lake but like all sites, quick walk to swimming and lake shore. The campground is Beautifully situated. Every site has a view of the lake. Many are right on the lake.
Restroom/shower area clean and we’ll kept.
Sites are well thought out and camper pads very level. Easy to back into - some were drive through

I hate to give this place a five star rating and let everybody else know about this location. It’s one of our favorite locations in Missouri and will return frequently.

We always enjoy camping at Mill Creek! The park attendants were especially helpful and attended to any requests promptly (we asked to change sites) and always went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating! Beautiful park and we always get a great camping spot right on the lake!

We spent one night of our trip--only to be told the next morning that we would have to leave our site due to flooding and power being turned off. We drove over 300 miles to spend a camping trip we'd looked forward to since December. We were moved to a new space only to hear upon arrival that the power had been shut off there as well. We then received an email that we had to evacuate the campgrounds due to flooding. We feel there should have been a better way to have handled this flooding issue with more advance warning from the Corps of Engineers command. Emails sand warning should have been sent well in advance that there was possibility of the camp shutting down. Many people who arrived as we were leaving were very disappointed as well. We love this camp--BUT- it seemed the camp hosts were a little out of the loop as well as what was going on-- I also had to fight to get reimbursed back! Ridiculous!
