One of our favorite parks!! Amazing lake views from almost every site. Clean bathrooms. Large sites with good space between sites.

The camp host were never around!!!! The bathroom were not kept clean! Our camp wasnt cleaned up before we arrived Trash and rock on our site !!! Also the camp host never spoke when we got our tag !!! No thank you, have a good week nothing!!!!! Very rude !!! If you don’t like what you’re doing then go find something else to do!!!! Also on site 3 there is a very dead tree!!!! I understand if it fell on our new truck or our camper the camp is not liable !!!!! You better believe we would be pressing charges if that tree landed on our truck or our camper it needs to be removed ASAP!!!!!!!! We love Mill Creek and this is the only time I have left a bad review!!!!!!!

When you have look for someone to refill the toilet paper in the restrooms, you're not going to have a good day. Having to do this once is bad enough, over the period of our stay we had to FIND someone to fill the paper several times. We were not aware of a TP shortage but evidently there must be one. Not only did they (?) not keep the paper stocked but the trash cans seemed to be full almost all the time.
Other than having to pack your own paper to the latrine, like we used to do on Boy Scout camp outs, we had a good time.

Good campground but there was no trees because one was cut down and it let most of the days sun come on

Mill Creek is fantastic; every site is worth the trip. Site 54 was extra special: huge driveway and the gigantic lakeside area is gently sloping, lots of privacy and tons of room between sites. We did not find a single thing to dislike. We will go back as soon as we can.

Site 19 has a great view of the lake and beach. Back window view was great. The campsites on the peninsula were all closed. Not sure if it was from the recent flooding or not enough staff. Campground is close enough to drive to Kimberling City for groceries. Be sure to drive down to Hwy 86 and over to Persimmon Hill Farm for awesome bakery items. Site 17 would have a wonderful view if you have driver side windows in your camper. Dump station could be set up better for draining.

I'm sure other CoE parks are the same now, but the lack of personnel and services really effects the experience in a negative way. The park attendant who is left is great, but only available a few days a week. Tall grass wasn't mowed, and I have the bug bites to prove it.

The campground itself wasn't too bad, but there had been no mowing done for at least a month. The extremely tall grass made the entire place look messy and unkept. Our other negative issue was that additional vehicles and boat trailers were parked along the sides of the narrow roadway inside the campground. The campground attendants must have allowed that, because nobody was ever asked to move those extra cars/trucks/trailers that were not in designated camping sites. We were there for 4 nights and the campground officials never once drove around to check on anything or anyone. When it was time for us to leave our spot, we had to knock on doors and ask people to move their extra vehicles out of the way so that we could pull out. We were totally blocked in.
